techniques that lots of Estate Agents still use.

Great! But how do these guys ever sell a property?
Repeat - we DON'T. We
don't have to, yet we 'sell' more properties in the South West of Mallorca that
any other agency - even the Big Boys with lots of offices - we sell MORE on a
square foot basis from our office here in Santa Ponsa.
And why is that?
Easy - we have a policy that we NEVER 'sell,
sell, sell' - all we do is Educate, Educate and Educate. And that means that we
