How to Choose and Estate Agent

Not because we have the best offices, (although you'd be hard pushed to find better located ones!!!), not because we have ALL the properties, (if you can't find the ones you want on our website, we can always collaborate with other choice agents for you), not because we are so nice and so popular... and not because we know absolutely everything about property in purchases in Mallorca... the reason Mallorca Hot Property has to be your number one choice is because... (take a deep breath now...) WE ARE NOT IMPORTANT!

YOU are important. You are our primary interest - we are simply here to ensure that you don't make the wrong choice, that you don't pay to much, that you are NOT advised to 'set up a company' to own the property. (Which is one of the reasons that Brits end up on those TV Horror Stories - if you want more details, phone us and we'll give you the down-and-dirty, inside info on what this problem REALLY is!) YOU are our primary concern and YOUR interest will always be put first.

Mallorca Hot Property would like to put a big sign above our offices saying "We are a no B&%%$@!T agency!!!". We do not digitally alter images on our website to remove the neighbour's property (Register here to find out who does!***), we do not urge you to put down NON-RETURNABLE DEPOSITS before you're sure the property is all tickety-boo, we do not offer to 'do the conveyancing' for you free of charge, (that can be VERY dodgy!) we don't tell you fibs... and best of all, all of our services come to you, the Buyer, FREE as the vendor pays our fees!
