You are our primary interest - we are simply here to ensure that you don't make the wrong choice, that you don't pay to much, that you are NOT advised to 'set up a company' to own the property. We do not digitally alter images on our website to remove the neighbour's property (Register here to find out who does!***), we do not urge you to put down NON-RETURNABLE DEPOSITS before you're sure the property is all tickety-boo, we do not offer to 'do the conveyancing' for you free of charge, (that can be VERY dodgy!) we don't tell you fibs... and best of all, all of our services come to you, the Buyer, FREE as the vendor pays our fees!
